    • Audit Requirements – details vary by regulation or standard:
      1. Conduct a Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment (FFVA) for ALL types of fraud and ALL products
      2. Provide documented proof of the FFVA
      3. Implement a Food Fraud Prevention Strategy (FFPS) for the vulnerabilities, risks or hazards identified
      4. Provide documented proof of the FFVA
      5. Confirm you cover ALL types of fraud, including adulterant-substances, counterfeits, stolen goods, diversion/ gray market, mislabeling, etc.
      6. Confirm you cover ALL products, including raw materials to finished goods
