For GFSI, FSMA, Sarbanes-Oxley or other requirements, addressing Food Fraud is not optional.  Even if you have a low ‘fraud opportunity’ you must have a written document to support your claim. To not formally address Food Fraud could lead to a recall and could be a federal crime for your company… or YOU.

The MSU Food Fraud Initiative (FFI) offers courses ranging from the two 2-hour free MOOCs (massive open online courses) to the Graduate Certificate in Food Fraud Prevention. Choose from a broad selection of Food Fraud education and training opportunities:

    • Graduate Certificate in Food Fraud Prevention:
      • Received after successfully completing four MSU graduate courses.
